Our Story
ELS Consultancy & Management, Incorporated was established to cater the needs and demands of the construction industry, with the primary goal of giving quality designs and efficient construction management services at an economical cost.
The company was incorporated last March 1999, headed by Engr. Emifelia L. Salanguit, who has been in the design and management business for almost fifty (50) years. She has with her a group of technical engineers, who has all the experiences in the field of structural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and sanitary engineering design.
These engineers are geared and trained to meet the demands and challenges of an increasing sophisticated construction industry. ELS can assure clients with its personalized service and good quality of work, economically.

She is supported by a dynamic leader who manages a team of highly skilled engineers, each specializing in areas such as structural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and sanitary engineering design.
